Pest Patrol, LLC provides local pest control services for homeowners, businesses and property managers throughout the Cedar Valley. Our goal is straightforward: show up, identify the pest, treat it properly and leave the property in better shape than we found it.
Pest Patrol was started by local businessmen who live in the Cedar Valley and were raised in Iowa. They did not move here just to open a branch office. They already knew the towns, the weather and the way properties in Iowa are built, from local neighborhoods to large industrial parks and the smaller communities in between.
The owners bring together two backgrounds that are usually found in different companies: extensive pest control experience and real property management experience. Pest control teaches you what a carpenter ant nest looks like in a wall near a window. Property management teaches you what happens when that nest is in a rental that turns over next week, or when three residents in one building call about the same problem. That combination allows us to approach each property and situation according to its specific needs.
That shows up in how we talk to customers. Homeowners get a clear plan and no runaround. Business owners get service that respects inspections and operating hours. Property managers get a vendor who understands work orders, unit access and the cost of doing a job twice.
We are licensed and insured for the work we take. Technicians treat the pests listed on this site and will say so when something is outside our scope. We would rather refer or decline than sell a treatment that will not hold.
